Supporting you along the healthy path of beauty, ease and flow in your skin body and spirit.
The way you look is a direct reflection of the way you feel. When it comes to your own personal beauty, there is not a one size fits all “fix.” Self care is an ongoing commitment and requires tapping into emotional and physical health. Our treatments and philosophies are drawn from the traditions of Ayurveda, Yoga, and Chinese Medicine, joined with the latest advancements. We will support you through you current roadblocks and help you feel and look your best in an authentic way.
It is in our DNA to continually deepen our understanding of the connection between mind, body, spirit, skin, emotional wellbeing, and beauty. It is all connected and you can’t have one without the other. Feeling beautiful and confident is empowering and we strive to be a place to support each other in this feeling. We want to give those seeking it, the tools to withstand the pressures of time with beauty, self love and grace.
Our Team
Holistic Esthetician and Buccal Massage Therapist
My treatments are far from application of products. Sometimes the focus is purely on the healing power of touch. They are a culmination of a lifetime of curiosity, connection, education and positive spirit.
Over my 15 years as an Esthetician my practice has evolved into supporting clients with three key things: nervous system support, manipulate the skin to promote lift and elasticity, and to heal the barrier function of the skin.
Prior to my initial education at Christine Valmy School in NYC and first job as an esthetician in an Ayurvedic spa in New York’s Upper West Side, I was a web and experience designer (graduated from U of M in ‘01 and MassArt in ‘06). I carry acute attention to detail, artistry, and the experience of a space. I hold continuing education certificates in Buccal and Fascia Massage, Facial Reflexology, Facial Yoga, Reiki and Kundalini Yoga. I have been a partner to the supremely natural and effective skincare line Laurel Whole Plant Organics for seven years.

K.West is proud to be eco friendly. We consciously choose brands with integrity, that focus on a healthy you & a healthy planet.
Recycling at K.West
We recycle through the Terracycle Zero Waste Box system, which is sorted and processed into raw materials that can be reused instead of being sent to landfill. You can bring in your empty product packaging purchased at K.West to be recycled for a small fee. We plan to be solar powered by 2025, and are currently forming this program.
Product Packaging
We seek to represent brands that align with our values of efficacy and sustainability in both ingredient sourcing and packaging. Glass, or post-consumer waste metal and plastic, is used for 90% of the brands that we carry.
Massage & Reflexology Tools
We carry a wide variety of tools that are eco friendly. Cecily Braden supplies sustainably sourced gua sha tools. We offer body brushes that are biodegradable and reflexology tools made from sustainably sourced horn.
